In a world where inter-connectedness and inter-dependence are increasingly becoming the norm, working in silos no longer works. Elfarina serves as Faculty and Team Coaching Supervisor for ORSC programs with CRR Global and as Faculty for Co-Active programs with CTI, both leading ICF Accredited coaching training schools. She iis an Associate Coach and Facilitator with the Singapore Civil Service College and as an Adjunct Faculty with NUS Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
