Dedicated to the theme of ‘Empowering the Potential of Your Relationships’, we discuss how relationships are at the core of our personal and professional lives.

This year our theme revolves around exploring and developing relationships, be it personal or professional, the guided insights will help you to understand expectations, values, and beliefs that influence behavior and actions.

We published our first podcast series. Spread across 3 days, the 3-part audio series that touched on the various elements that make up healthy relationships as well as to explore your personal goal of designing better relationships. Co-founder and principal coach, Elfarina Zaid, discussed topics like effective communication, conflict resolution strategies, the importance of boundaries, how to develop trust, etc.
