Terms and Conditions

*When registering for any ORSC™ module, you confirm that you have taken the necessary pre-requisites where applicable.

**Please note that the terms and conditions apply to all courses offered by Elf Coaching Pte Ltd.

General Terms & Conditions: General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and business practices with Elf Coaching Pte Ltd, a Global Alliance Partner of CRR Global. We are responsible for managing ORSC programmes in the Asia Pacific region (specifically in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia & New Zealand) under CRR APAC. ​

Payment and Enrolment*: You may pay by credit card, bank transfer or purchase order. Balances due must be paid fully 30 days prior to the module start date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All program enrolments are subject to availability. Elf Coaching Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or move dates at our discretion without prior notice. Taking into account Local Purchasing Power, we offer a different rate for participants living in certain countries. 
 

Once payment has been processed, you will receive an email notification of your enrolment status. Enrolment in the module(s) is dependent on receipt of funds for both the deposit and balance due. In the process of enrolling in the requested module, CRR APAC will notify you if there are insufficient funds. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of our notification, the space held for you in the module will be released. 
 

*Enrolment applies to courses offered in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia & New Zealand under CRR APAC.

ICF Guidelines: According to ICF guidelines, participants can miss no more than one (1) hour of instruction time over the entire duration of each module. As part of the ICF credentialing, not complying with these requirements will result in an incomplete attendance record.  

 

A participant missing more than one (1) hour of the course will be required to reschedule. In this situation, a transfer fee will apply. Please refer to the transfer fees listed below. Otherwise, it will be recognized as a withdrawal from the participant and will be treated as a forfeiture of class fees with no refund to the participant.

Cancellation, Withdrawal, Transfer, Refund & Forfeiture Policy: 

​

Buyer’s Right to Withdraw: You have a right to withdraw your enrolment and potentially receive a refund (dependent on refund policy) by emailing orsc@crrapac.com. All notices of withdrawal will be acknowledged within five (5) business days of the notification. If notice of withdrawal is by email, it shall commence on the date an email acknowledgment is sent by CRR APAC.

Buyer’s Right to Transfer: You have a right to transfer your registered module dates to future dates in future (dependent on availability, transfer policy and module validity policy) by emailing orsc@crrapac.com. All notices of transfer will be acknowledged within five (5) business days of the notification. If notice of transfer is by email, it shall commence on the date an email acknowledgment is sent by CRR APAC.

Refunds: Refunds are processed on the 10th of each month. Refunds will be credited against the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refunds for Payments Via Credit and Debit Cards 

 

  • Participants who made payment by credit/debit card, whose withdrawal has been acknowledged and qualify for a refund: The card transaction fee of 4% (SGD transaction) or 6% (Non-SGD transaction) of the original enrolment fee will be deducted from the refund amount (as per refund policy). 
     

  • In the event of module cancellation by Elf Coaching Pte. Ltd: Participants will be refunded the full enrolment fee as paid through their credit/debit card.

Forfeiture of Course Fees 
 

  • If you do not notify us in advance that you will be unable to attend a course for which you are registered, you will forfeit the full course fee.  
     

  • If you do not show up to your registered course, you will forfeit the full fee paid.  
     

  • If you withdraw from an individual course after the course has already begun, you will forfeit your class fees. 

 


Transfers: Transfers include change of module dates and/or locations globally (depending on availability). Please note that a request for a transfer is not a confirmation of the transfer.

The following fees are applicable by region:

(i) First Transfer  

​

  • Australia | AUD $450 

  • Malaysia | SGD $405 

  • New Zealand | NZD $450 

  • Philippines | SGD $405 

  • Singapore | SGD $450 

 

(ii) Subsequent Transfer  

​

  • Australia | AUD $900 

  • Malaysia | SGD $810 

  • New Zealand | NZD $900 

  • Philippines | SGD $810 

  • Singapore | SGD $900 

     

How Withdrawal, Transfer, Refund & Forfeiture Policies are applied in the following time frames:

a) 45 days or more prior to course start 
 

  • Withdrawals and transfers are permitted with no penalty. Participants who withdraw are entitled to a full refund outlined in our refund policy.  
     

  • If you decide to register for any module or module package at a later date, fees offered prior to the withdrawal will not be honoured. Rates at the time of registration will apply.

b) 22 to 44 days prior to course start 
 

  • Withdrawals are permitted. A withdrawal fee of 35% based on the ala-carte fee will be charged for each module. This is also applicable to all packages. The amount refunded will be based on the refund policy outlined above.   
     

  • If you decide to register for any module or module package at a later date, fees offered prior to the withdrawal will not be honoured. Rates at the time of registration will apply. 
     

  • Transfers are permitted. Please refer to the transfer policy above for fees applicable.

c) 0 to 21 days prior to course start 

 

  • There will be no refunds permitted during this time frame. If you do not show up to your registered module, you will forfeit the full fee paid. 
     

  • Transfers are not permitted during this time frame.  

​

​

We do not provide refunds due to:

  

a) Attendee technology problems: It is the responsibility of the attendee to test their computer set up prior to the start of virtual modules. If a technical failure at your premises prevents access to the live virtual module, you are not eligible for a refund.  

 

b) Attendee email issues: Refunds will not be issued in cases where the attendee did not receive the virtual module program materials and login instructions due to issues like restricted emails, bounced emails, or any other system issues. It is the attendee’s responsibility to contact us if you do not receive the required login information and course materials at least 7 days prior to the start of the program.

c) No Shows: Participants who do not participate in the live virtual program will not be entitled to a refund. 

​

​

Right of Refusal: CRR APAC reserves the right to refuse student participation in the program. In addition, CRR APAC reserves the right to remove any student from a program who is negatively impacting other students and/or the learning environment. Students may also be denied attendance for non-payment of funds. 

​ 

In the event where a student is being asked not to participate in the module before the programme starts, they are entitled to a full refund.  

​ 

A student being removed from the program after the module has started is considered a withdrawal and will be handled as directed by the withdrawal policy. 

​ 

A student voluntarily choosing to leave the program is considered a withdrawal and will be handled as directed by the withdrawal policy.

For ORSC Program Packages: The ORSC Program comprises of ORS@Work / Fundamentals, Intelligence, Geography, Path and Systems Integration. The modules are to be taken in the following sequential order: 1. ORS@Work / Fundamentals 2. Intelligence 3. Geography 4. Path 5. Systems Integration. 

 

To retain your ORSC package pricing, all your courses must be completed within one (1) year of the date of your foundation module. If you do not complete your courses within the one (1) year window, you will forfeit your course fees of the courses unattended. If you decide to register for the ORSC package at a later date, rates at that time of registration will apply. 

   

*NOTE: All cancellation, withdrawal, refund and transfer fees will be charged in the same currency used for your module transaction.

Administration Fees for Retrieval of Module Certificates and Letters of Completion: If you have completed an ORSC and/or Alchemy module with us and would like to retrieve a copy of your module certificate and/or letter of completion, you may submit a request to us by emailing orsc@crrapac.com.  
 

Please note the following administration fees are applicable: 

 

a) $50 (soft copy of certificate & letter of completion) OR

b) $100 (hard copy of certificate & letter of completion, inclusive of postage)
