Terms and Conditions

All transactions with Elf Coaching Pte Ltd are governed by these Terms & Conditions. By enrolling in any course by ELF Coaching Pte Ltd, you confirm that you meet all required pre-requisites. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern participation in training programs provided by Elf Coaching Pte Ltd (“Provider”). By registering for or attending any training module or program, participants agree to be bound by these T&C. Please read these T&C carefully, as registration and participation in any training program constitutes acceptance of these terms. They are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a positive learning experience for all participants.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these T&C, the following definitions apply:

Participant: Any individual or entity that registers for or attends a training program provided by the Provider.
Training Program: Any course, module, workshop, or event organized and delivered by the Provider.
Transfer: The process of moving a registration from one training module date, to another, subject to these T&C.

Withdrawal: The act of a participant choosing to discontinue or cancel their enrollment in a training program after registration.

No-show: Failure to attend a scheduled training session without prior notice.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1. Registration Process: Registration must be completed through the official channels provided by the Provider. Early registration is encouraged, as spaces are subject to availability.

2.2. Payment Deadlines: Full payment is due 30 days before the program start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the reserved spot.

2.3. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified by the Provider.

2.4. Confirmation: Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation notice from the Provider.

2.5 Scheduling: The Provider may change or cancel dates without prior notice unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Withdrawal by Participant

All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to elf@elfcoaching.com.

No refunds will be issued for withdrawals.

3.2 Forfeiture of Fees

Full fees are forfeited for no-shows, failure to notify non-attendance, or withdrawal after the program has started.

Unattended modules not completed within the designated period (2 years from purchase or from the foundation/intelligence module, as applicable) will be forfeited unless an extension is purchased as per section 8.

4. Transfer Policy

4.1. Conditions/Eligibility: Transfers are allowed for changes in module date and/or location, subject to availability and only for fully paid participants upon written request. All transfer requests must be emailed to elf@elfcoaching.com.

4.2. Transfer Fees: Transfers requested will incur the following administrative fees.

Transfer Fees (CRR Modules within APAC):

More than 28 days’ notice: SGD 350

8–28 days’ notice: SGD 650

0–7 days’ notice: 50% of the module fee

*Swap fees starting from USD 500 may be applicable for participants who wish to continue with the same cohort; by attending the available program offered by CRR Global Partners.

4.3. Limitations: A participant may transfer a registration only once per module unless otherwise agreed. Additional transfers are subject to review and may not be permitted.

4.4. Extension of Validity: To extend module validity by one year, a fee equivalent to 50% of the unattended module(s) at the time of extension will apply. Otherwise, unattended modules will be forfeited.

5. Provider Cancellation

5.1. Cancellation by Provider: the Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training module due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond its control.

5.2. Refund or Reschedule: In the event of provider cancellation or reschedule, participants may choose to transfer to a future module or receive a full refund of fees paid.

5.3 ELF Coaching Pte. Ltd. may refuse or remove participants due to disruption or non-payment. Removal before program start qualifies for a full refund; after start is treated as a withdrawal.

6. Attendance Requirement

Missing more than one hour or key program content, as determined by the Provider, constitutes a withdrawal with no refund.

7. Requests for Soft Copy Certificates & Letters

Participants may request a soft copy of certificates or letters.

Each request incurs a fee of $50.

Requests should be submitted through the official channels provided by the Provider.

8. ORSC Coach Training Packages

8.1 Full 5-Module Package (Foundation, Intelligence, Geography, Path, Systems Integration)

Modules must be completed in sequence within 2 years from the foundation module attended.

To extend validity by an additional year, a fee equivalent to 50% of the unattended module(s) at the time of extension will apply.

Unattended modules will be forfeited if not completed within the validity period.

8.2 Intermediate Series (Modules 2–5: Intelligence, Geography, Path, Systems Integration)

Modules must be completed in sequence within 2 years from the Intelligence module attended.

Extension of validity by one year is available for a fee equivalent to 50% of the unattended module(s) at the time of extension.

Unattended modules will be forfeited if not completed within the validity period.

8.3 À-la-carte Modules

Modules must be completed within 2 years of purchase.

Extension of validity by one year is available for a fee equivalent to 50% of the unattended module(s) at the time of extension.

Unattended modules will be forfeited if not completed within the validity period.

9. Liability and Disclaimer

9.1. Limitations of Liability: the Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages and losses arising from participation in its training programs.

9.2. Intellectual Property: All training materials, content, and documentation remain the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose other than personal learning without written consent.

9.3. Photography & Videography Notice: Participation in training constitutes agreement to photo and video recording for promotional and educational use. If you do not wish to be recorded, please notify the Provider in writing prior to the event.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Implied Acceptance: By registering for any training program, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
