*WHEN REGISTERING FOR AN ORSC MODULE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE TAKEN THE NECESSARY PRE-REQUISITES where applicable.

General Terms & Conditions:

 

General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions and business practices with Elf Coaching Pte Ltd, a Global Alliance Partner of CRR Global. We are responsible for managing ORSC programmes in the Asia Pacific region (specifically in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia & New Zealand) under CRR APAC.

Payment and Enrolment: You may pay by credit card, bank transfer or purchase order. Balances due must be paid fully 30 days prior to the module start date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. All program enrolments are subject to availability. Elf Coaching Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or move dates at our discretion without prior notice. Taking into account Local Purchasing Power, we offer a different rate for participants living in certain countries.

Once payment has been processed, you will receive an email notification of your enrolment status. Enrolment in the module(s) is dependent on receipt of funds for both the deposit and balance due. In the process of enrolling in the requested module, CRR APAC will notify you if there are insufficient funds. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of our notification, the space held for you in the module will be released.

Buyer’s Right to Cancel: You have a right to cancel your enrolment and potentially receive a refund by emailing orsc@crrapac.com. All notices of cancellation, withdrawal or transfer will be acknowledged within five (5) business days of the notification. If you do not show up to your registered module, you will forfeit your entire fee paid for the module.

In-Person Modules:

1. Same Module, Same City, Different Date

(i) Date change request: More than 30 days but less than 60 days of module commencement

2. Same Module, Different City (SWAP)

 

(i) First Transfer Request

(ii) Subsequent Transfer Request

Virtual Modules:

 

1. Same Module offered by CRRAPAC, Different Date

 

(i) Date change request: More than 30 days but less than 60 days of module commencement

2. Same Module not offered by CRRAPAC  (SWAP)

(i) First Transfer Request

  • Philippines | SGD $405

  • Singapore | SGD $450

 

 

(ii) Subsequent Transfer Request

 

Fees Applicable (by region):

  • Australia | AUD $900

  • Malaysia | SGD $810

  • New Zealand | NZD $945

  • Philippines | SGD $810

  • Singapore | SGD $900

 

 

*Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Fees: Refunds are processed on the 10th of each month. Refunds will be credited against the payment method used at the time of purchase. In order to receive a refund, you will need to provide an email notification to orsc@crrapac.com to cancel the module 30 days or more prior to the module start date. Cancellations within 30 days of the module start date will not be entertained. In these circumstances, you will have the option of a transfer. Transfer fees will apply.

 

 

**Applicable refund fees and conditions as below:

 

(i) Date change request: More than 30 days but less than 60 days of module commencement

**Module(s) registration by credit card payment: Additional 5% processing fee (of registered module(s) fee) apply

 

 

(ii) Date change request: Within 30 days of module commencement

 

  • No refund

 

 

We do not provide refunds due to:

 

  • Attendee technology problems

​It is the responsibility of the participant to test their computer set up prior to the start of Virtual modules. If a technical failure at your premise prevents access to the live virtual module, you are not eligible for a refund. If the technological problem is due to our error, we will consider issuing a refund.

  • Attendee email issues

Refunds will not be issued in cases where attendee did not receive the virtual module program materials and login instructions due to issues like restricted emails, bounced emails, or any other system issues. It is the participant's responsibility to contact us if you do not receive the required login information and module materials at least 3 days prior to the start of the program.

  • No Shows

 

Participants who do not participate in the live virtual session /program will not be entitled to a refund.

 

 

Right of Refusal: CRR APAC reserves the right to refuse student participation in the program. In addition, CRR APAC reserves the right to remove any student from a program who is negatively impacting other students and/or the learning environment.

 

Students may also be denied attendance for non-payment of funds.

In the event where a student is being asked not to participate in the module before the programme starts, they are entitled to a full refund.

A student being removed from the program after the module has started is considered a withdrawal and will be handled as directed by the withdrawal policies (see policy below).

A student voluntarily choosing to leave the program is considered a withdrawal and will be handled as directed by the withdrawal policies (see policy below).

 

Individual Module Withdrawal: If you withdraw from an individual module after it has already begun, you will forfeit your class fees.

 

 

For ORSC Program Packages:

 

ORSC Intermediate Series comprises of Intelligence, Geography, Path and Systems Integration. The modules are to be taken in sequential order.

 

Participants are required to attend and are NOT permitted to miss more than (1) one hour of instruction time over the entire duration of the module. *As part of the ICF credentialing, not complying with these requirements will result in an incomplete attendance record.

 

Prices are valid until December 31st, 2020. Prices for the ORSC Intermediate Series and ORSC Package listed apply only if participants complete them in 2020.

 

*NOTE: All cancellation, withdrawal, refund and transfer fees will be charged in the same currency used for your module transaction.
